Thank you for choosing our co-working space! Before you confirm your reservation, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
All reservations must be made through our Point of Sale (POS) system before using the space.
Payment for the reservation must be made in advance via the POS system.
We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation.
The shared working space, private workspaces, event hall, and photo studio are accessible during our regular business hours (9AM-5PM GST).
Virtual office access is available 24/7.
Quiet Work Environment: To maintain a conducive working environment for all members, please keep noise levels to a minimum. If you need to take a call or have a discussion, kindly use designated phone booths or meeting rooms.
Respect for Shared Spaces: Respect the shared spaces and equipment provided. Clean up after yourself, return borrowed items to their designated areas, and ensure common areas are left tidy.
Food and Beverages: Enjoy your snacks and beverages in designated areas. Keep shared spaces clean and free from spills. Please be mindful of others and avoid strong-smelling foods.
Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the co-working space and surrounding areas. Please use designated smoking areas if applicable.
Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Inappropriate behavior or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Event and Workshop Participation: Members are encouraged to participate in events and workshops. However, please register in advance to ensure sufficient space and resources.
Emergency Evacuation: Familiarize yourself with emergency exit routes and evacuation procedures. In case of an emergency, follow staff instructions promptly.
Community Engagement: We encourage collaboration and networking. Feel free to connect with other members, but please respect their work and privacy.
Feedback: We value your feedback to improve our services. If you have suggestions or concerns, please communicate them to our staff.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property while using our facilities.
It is recommended that you have adequate insurance to cover your belongings.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while using our co-working space.
If you feel unwell or display any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and seek medical advice.
The reservation is strictly for the individual or organization named on the booking.
Subletting or sharing the space with others is not permitted.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Any changes or amendments to your reservation must be communicated to us in advance.
We reserve the right to terminate any reservation due to violation of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
